From June to September, Perlick Distillery hosts a farmers market to host a variety of local small business and vendors including Compass Farms maple products. We hope to see you there!
Compass Farms has partnered with Perlick Distillery in Sarona, Wisconsin. Together, we have created a maple-based vodka and a whiskey-infused maple syrup.
Perlick Distillery was established in 2014 on the Perlick Family Farm that has been in their family for over 100 years. Their farm currently operates over 2,000 acres where they harvest corn, wheat, soybeans, barley, sunflowers, and other crops that are used to make their renowned Yeoman vodkas and a 5-year American Single Malt whiskey.
You can visit their tasting room year-round Thursday through Sunday to try their liquors or one of their rotating, seasonal cocktails, purchase their products, and take a tour of the facility.
During the winter months, food is available for purchase from the Cobbelhouse Cafe. From April to October, there are rotating food trucks that visit the Distillery.
