
Maple Granola
The perfect addition to your morning routine. Add to yogurt in a parfiet or eat plain for a delicious, crunchy snack.
Equipment
- 1 Sheet pan
- Parchment paper
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
- 2 Cups Old-fashioned Oats
- 1 Cup Sliced Almonds Unsalted
- 1/2 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with partchment paper.
- Add coconut oil to a microsafe-safe bowl and melt in the mircowave.
- Once melted, in the same bowl, add oats, almonds, syrup, vanilla, salt, and cinnmon. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Pour the mixture onto the partchment paper and spread into a thin layer.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before crumbling and add to an air-tight container.
