- 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
- 2 Cups Old-fashioned Oats
- 1 Cup Sliced Almonds Unsalted
- 1/2 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with partchment paper.
Add coconut oil to a microsafe-safe bowl and melt in the mircowave.
Once melted, in the same bowl, add oats, almonds, syrup, vanilla, salt, and cinnmon. Mix until everything is well combined.
Pour the mixture onto the partchment paper and spread into a thin layer.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool completely before crumbling and add to an air-tight container.
