  • Parchment paper

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 2 Cups Old-fashioned Oats
  • 1 Cup Sliced Almonds Unsalted
  • 1/2 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with partchment paper.
  • Add coconut oil to a microsafe-safe bowl and melt in the mircowave.
  • Once melted, in the same bowl, add oats, almonds, syrup, vanilla, salt, and cinnmon. Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Pour the mixture onto the partchment paper and spread into a thin layer.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool completely before crumbling and add to an air-tight container.
